Work content:

1. Responsible for the coordination and management of the TIS business implementation stage;

2. Compile project bidding documents, formulate work process, work plan and on-site inspection plan;

3. Lead the team to conduct on-site engineering quality inspection (on-site inspection data and quality problems, take photos for evidence, problem sorting, statistics, etc.) and complete the compilation of inspection reports (must be able to use word, excel, PPT, etc.);

4. Complete other related work at each stage of the TIS contract according to the contract.

5. Other work arranged by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, engineering management, project management and other related majors;

2. More than three years of on-site construction quality management experience, able to independently be responsible for the discovery, judgment and handling of quality-related problems during the construction process;

3. Persons holding relevant professional certificates and intermediate professional titles are preferred;

4. Good written expression ability, able to independently write relevant project management documents;

5. Skilled use of OFFICE office software, such as Word, PPT and Excel;

6. Good communication and coordination skills, high professional quality.
