On June 17, 2015, the Hongkou District Spiritual Civilization Construction and Shanghai Civilized City Promotion Conference was held. Pan Min, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Civilization Office, Wu Qing, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Cao Liqiang, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, Yan Jianping, Director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Guan Weiyong, Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, Du Jiong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Liu Ke, Member of the Standing Committee of the Committee and Minister of Propaganda, attended the meeting.
