So far, our company has won a total of 18 Luban Prize projects.

SSE Jinqiao Technology Center Base is currently the largest and highest-standard new-generation data center in the Asian financial industry. Located in the Jinqiao Export Processing Zone at the junction of Longdong Avenue and Chuansha Road, it covers an area of 96,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 220,000 square meters, including data center, command center, data hosting center, production auxiliary building, administrative management Building, power building, 110KVA substation, underground two-story garage and other 13 single buildings; the total construction period is 24 months, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

The landmark tower project belongs to a unit project of the first phase of the exhibition business group project of Shizimen Central Business District, Zhuhai City. With a construction area of 146,000 square meters and a building height of 330 meters, it has a world-class hotel brand - the St. Regis Hotel under the Marriott Group, and it is also the tallest building in Zhuhai and Macau. Since the start of the project, the project department has been adhering to the SPM spirit of "no delay, no slack", high standards and strict requirements, down-to-earth practice of the concept of "building high-quality projects, building a supervision brand", and successfully completed the project Supervision work.

The China Resources Headquarters Building project is located in Houhai Bay, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, facing Shenzhen Bay in the east; close to Keyuan Avenue in the west, Haide 3rd Road in the north, and adjacent to Shenzhen Bay Sports Center. The China Resources Building has 66 floors above ground and 4 floors underground (including 1 BIM mezzanine), with a total construction area of 267,000 m2, of which the above-ground construction area is about 190,000 m2, the basement construction area is about 70,000 m2, the tower BMU roof height is 372m, and the tower tip height is 400m. The structure type is dense column steel frame-core cylinder.

This project is one of the leading projects of Qianhai Center International Financial Business District and Headquarters Base. It is a very large-scale urban complex integrating functions such as office, shopping, leisure, entertainment, tourism and residence. The center and commanding heights of the city have a strong landmark and uniqueness.
