Project Description

The 360-meter super high-rise block A-1 (north block) project in the central business district is the Jinan Ping An Financial Center project. The project covers a total area of 16,506 square meters and a construction land area of 10,868 square meters. It is one of the five core super high-rise projects in the CBD . The project is adjacent to Ligeng Road in the north, Silk Belt Park in the west, plot 4-07 in the south, and No. 3 Maoling Road in the east. The project consists of a tower building and a group of buildings on the ground. The main tower has 63 floors and a total height of 360 meters. The main functions are office, podium and commerce.
