On May 7, 2019, China Engineering Construction Standardization Association and China Construction Supervision Association held a meeting in Rugao, Jiangsu, and clarified Prepare requirements and start writing work.
On June 10, 2019, the first draft version 1.0 of this standard was completed and submitted to China Engineering Construction Standardization Association and China Construction Supervision The leaders of the association extensively solicit the opinions of leaders and experts in the industry. At the same time, seven projects from four supervision units in Shanghai, Chongqing and Anhui were selected for trial evaluation to verify the operability of the standard. At the end of June 2019, more than 200 revision opinions from two associations and more than ten experts were collected successively. After discussion and summary, combined with the feedback from the trial evaluation, the draft was revised and improved, and a draft for review was formed.
On August 4, 2019, China Engineering Construction Standardization Association and China Construction Supervision Association held a review meeting in Harbin, and passed This standard is reviewed.
The purpose of this standard is to standardize the basic work that supervision units and project supervision institutions should do in the process of implementing supervision work , based on "due diligence and exemption from responsibility"; through quantitative evaluation, it reflects the management and control of project supervision institutions by supervision enterprises and the supervision work level of project supervision institutions; promotes the standardization of supervision work, and improves the overall service ability and level of project supervision institutions.
The evaluation content of this standard is consistent with the work content specified in the "Code for Construction Engineering Supervision GB/T50319-2013" Correspondingly, closely follow the basic content of "three controls and two managements" in the supervision work and fulfill the statutory duties of safety production management, so that each evaluation content can be obtained, traced, scored, and operable during the evaluation process. The evaluation work can be carried out at any stage of the supervision work development process.
