Job description:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above, major in civil engineering or construction, intermediate professional title, national safety registration certificate, local registered supervision engineer certificate, national registered supervision engineer registration certificate, first construction or second construction, and have a fixed residence in Shanghai Personnel are preferred, with more than 5 years of working experience in the same industry, and more than 3 years of experience in construction or supervision industry management is preferred.

2. Familiar with building regulations, construction acceptance and supervision specifications. Can skillfully use norms and standards to solve problems in quality management.

3. Skilled use of office software such as WORD, EXEL, PPT, CAD, etc., with certain text editing, analysis and summarization skills.

4. Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
