1. Hold a system meeting to promote the revision process

In order to carry out the revision of the three systems smoothly and complete the annual work plan as scheduled, Huang Ruixin, the company's administrative leader, organized a preparatory meeting and a coordination meeting for the revision of the three systems in June. The meeting discussed matters related to the revision of the three system documents, determined the appointment of the manager representative, the organization chart and the responsibility distribution table of the three system management manuals, and clarified the revision department of the program documents and the revision content of the management manual. A consensus was reached among the people, the relevant responsible entities were confirmed, and a list of revisions to program documents was formed. The convening of the preparatory meeting and coordination meeting of the three systems has planned the time nodes and work progress of the three systems as a whole, assigned relevant responsible persons, and promoted the process of the revision of the three systems.

 

2. Organize publicity and implementation training to understand the essence of the system

To let everyone clearly understand the content and precautions of this revision, the General Management Department organized three special training sessions in August. The first and second publicity and implementation trainings are aimed at the heads of functional departments and system operation specialists, as well as the chief engineers, project leaders and data clerks of the supervision/consulting branches in Shanghai. The lecturer, Mr. Wang Zhengyu, explained the basic knowledge of the management system, the role and significance of standard implementation certification, and explained the relevant terms in the system. The third session was about the certification training of internal auditors. After the general management department issued a notice to collect the certification list, everyone actively participated. Teacher Wang Zhengyu combined with the actual situation of the company, cited specific examples, explained and analyzed the quality standards, environmental standards, occupational health and safety standards and quality, and environmental management system audit guidelines in simple terms. The teacher's wonderful and vivid teaching gave new internal auditors a deeper understanding of management system terms. After three days of training and learning, among the 48 new internal auditors who signed up, 47 of them passed the exam and obtained the qualification certificate. This training has reserved a group of full-time internal audit personnel for the company, deepened the company's understanding of the management system, increased the importance of internal management and the effectiveness of internal audit, continuously improved the quality of system operation, and laid a solid foundation for the future development of SPM. good foundation.

 

3. Implement system management to promote the company's development

Chairman Gong Huaqiang emphasized at the three-system standards implementation meeting: "Standards implementation is a means of management, and implementing standards is what we have been committed to. Implementing standards is an internal requirement to improve the company's management level, and it is also a way to reduce and measures to avoid corporate risks." According to the requirements of the management manual and program documents, each functional department formulates and completes the three-system management objectives, and implements the three-system management objectives to each branch company, business department and project manager in accordance with the three-level management mechanism.
